Academic City’s friendly Finance & Billing office is the go-to place for all official payments at ACity. Enroll in a meal plan, pay for student housing and top up your air condition card at the finance office. Our friendly staff and cashiers are always ready to assist students with payment inquiries, issue receipts, and accept payments through multiple convenient channels.

Financial Standing
Students and alumni are considered to be in good financial standing once their accounts have been fully settled with the Finance & Billing Office. A late payment fee will be applied to all accounts that become past due. Accounts with outstanding balances will result in the withholding of transcripts, diplomas, and any official recognition or recommendations from the University. In addition, students must maintain good financial standing with ACity in order to register for courses and sit for examinations.
Payment Options
The finance office is open from 9am - 4pm each business day to receive cash payment from students. We accept cash payments in USD & GHC. To pay in an alternate currency contact us and let us know in advance.
