Academic City’s friendly Finance & Billing office is the go-to place for all official payments at ACity. Enroll in a meal plan, pay for student housing and top up your air condition card at the finance office. Our friendly staff and cashiers stand ready to assist students with all their payment inquiries, receipting and accept payment through a variety of channels.

Financial Standing
Students, and former students are in good financial standing when their account is paid in full through the Finance & Billing Office. A late payment fee will be charged to all student accounts that become past due. Those whose account is not paid in full will not receive transcripts, diplomas, or other forms of recognition or recommendation from the university. Students must be in good financial standing with ACity to register for classes and to sit examinations.
Payment Options
The finance office is open during regular business hours to receive cash payment from students. We accept cash payment in USD & GHC. To pay in an alternate currency contact us and let us know in advance.
